We're looking for a collaborative Technical Business Analyst to partner closely with product, business, and development teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role will support digital product initiatives by gathering requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, defining business outcomes, and working directly with developers to deliver high quality solutions.
Depending on the team assignment, this role may support a dedicated product team or multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate is adaptable, communicative, coachable, and thrives in highly collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technical or digital product teams Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Write and manage user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria Partner closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders Define and document clear business outcomes for technical solutions Support prototyping and digital product initiatives Ability to manage changing priorities across products or projects in a fast-moving environment Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills Product focused mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside rapidly moving development teams Coachable, adaptable, team oriented, and low ego approach Link Technologies is an equal-opportunity employer.
