May also be utilized as a Bedside Assistant, observing, interacting with and providing care to patients requiring 1:1 supervision./ppPosition Reports To: Unit Clinical Manager/Director/ppEssential Functions/polliPerform related assignments and tasks as requested in order to promote positive visitor, family, and staff relations./liliProvides high quality patient care in a caring and compassionate manner. Reports any observed change in patient condition or behavior promptly to the nurse. Ensures patient care tasks are completed timely. ulliPerforms or assists with duties as outlined in the CNA Scope of Practice under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Demonstrates competence in providing care routines in accordance with established nursing care procedure to ensure patients comfort and safety./liliTakes and records vital signs, height, weight, intake and output, and other measurements as applicable, in an accurate and timely manner.
