Uncapped brand commission! Pay is a base rate of $2,000.00 per month plus a commission on mattress sales and a commission on sheets and pillow cases. Once $40,000 in sales is made within each month a $500.00 bonus is awarded and an additional $500.00 is awarded for each $5,000 increment in sales. Job site will be a retail mattress store located in the Birmingham, Leeds, Gardendale, or Alabaster area. BCBL insurance is available to be purchased by the employee and 401K. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Provide top notch customer service to any visitors to the store, in-bound callers, or online inquiries. Ensure that each customers experience is uniquely tailored to their specific needs and assist them in finding the right product. The ability to educate customers about different sizes and models for each item. Assist with inventory control, as well as the ability to process orders and transactions in an accurate and timely manner. Essential Qualifications & Requirements
Sales and/or retail experience is highly preferred but not a deal breaker. Previous mattress sales are a major plus. An uplifting attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Seeking an organized, passionate, driven, self-starter who is well educated with the ins and outs of the products. Flexible schedule, weekend work is a requirement and occasionally evenings.
