Sales Representative Fire Safety
Our client is growing, and we're looking for a driven, relationship?focused Sales Representative to help us protect lives and safeguard communities. If you thrive in a fast?paced construction environment, know fire protection systems, and love turning opportunities into long?term partnerships, this role puts you at the center of impact.
What You'll Do
- Grow the business by building strong, trust?based relationships with contractors, builders, and project stakeholders.
- Develop and manage a high?quality pipeline, identifying new project opportunities and guiding customers through design and purchasing.
- Create accurate estimates and compelling proposals that align with SFS processes and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts that balance project requirements, risk, and company goals.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth, successful project execution.
- Stay ahead of the market by monitoring industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.
- Maintain accurate records to support sales reporting and forecasting.
What You Bring
- 23 years of sprinkler design experience (ideal).
- NIET certification (preferred).
- Strong communication, problem?solving, and relationship?building skills.
- A proactive, solutions?oriented mindset and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Takes action and delivers on commitments.
- Navigates ambiguity with confidence and creativity.
- Thrives in a collaborative, team?first culture.
