What You’ll Do:
Design and maintain career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for Talent roles.
Build and update role definitions, responsibilities, and seniority distinctions.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across all Talent-related structures.
Partner with T.A Leaders to align role frameworks with business needs.
Document and communicate updates in a clear, structured, and globally usable way.
Support audits and Talent processes by keeping role architectures accurate and standardized.
What we are looking for:
3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Business Analysis, or Job Architecture.
Proven experience designing career paths, job families, or role architectures.
Strong ability to analyze and structure information into clear frameworks.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional HR or Talent teams.
Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets and documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence.
Hands‑on experience with flowchart or mapping tools such as Miro or Lucidchart.
