Deliver compelling donor‑centered stories that inspire renewed and increased support
Partner with CSU development colleagues, Prospect Management & Research, and Annual Giving to ensure coordinated engagement
Accurately document donor interactions, solicitations, and outcomes in IUF databases
Track and perform against clearly defined metrics, including touch points, meetings, solicitations, dollars raised, and upgrades
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across multiple mediums
Comfort engaging donors via video conferencing, phone, text, and digital platforms
Strong technical aptitude, including CRM systems, Microsoft applications, email tools, and digital engagement platforms
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of professional experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, communications, nonprofit work, or a call center environment preferred
Additional Information The compensation range is $50,000 – $53,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This is a Remote (must be in the state of IN) position that requires onsite Bloomington visits multiple times (approximately 4) per month along with evenings and weekends.
