We are seeking a Compensation Manager to support the evolution and rollout of our compensation programs. Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards and HR Operations, this key role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing modern, competitive, and data-driven compensation programs that support our business objectives, attract top talent, and strengthen employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

Contribute to the execution of the compensation strategy in alignment with business priorities and the talent strategy. Lead, engage, and develop the team by fostering collaboration, rigor, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Compensation

Design and continuously enhance competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluation processes. Oversee market analyses, compensation surveys, internal equity reviews, and annual salary review cycles. Ensure compliance with applicable compensation laws, regulations, and governance requirements.

Recognition

Lead the design, administration, and optimization of recognition programs that enhance the employee experience and support talent retention.

Data, Analytics, and Dashboards

Develop metrics, dashboards, and analyses to measure the effectiveness of total compensation programs. Provide data-driven recommendations informed by market trends and organizational needs to support leadership decision-making.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure the regulatory compliance of compensation programs and strengthen governance mechanisms to mitigate risk. Work closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and business partners to advise managers and support decision-making on complex matters.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification in compensation is considered an asset. More than eight years of experience in Human Resources, including at least five years in compensation. Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing large-scale compensation programs. Strong analytical capabilities, sound business judgment, a solid understanding of legal considerations, and the ability to lead a small team, collaborate with key partners, and positively influence decision-making.
