Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft technical components including Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, and Component Interface
Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications based on business requirements
Work on Integration Broker, Application Messaging, and web services (REST/SOAP)
Perform data migration and interface development using tools like CI, App Engine, and SQL Loader
Collaborate with functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design
Support implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
Develop reports using SQR, BI Publisher, and Crystal Reports
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and documentation
Required Skills
6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development
Strong expertise in PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interface)
Hands‑on experience with Integration Broker and web services (REST/SOAP)
Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and database concepts (Oracle/SQL Server/DB2)
Experience in PeopleSoft HCM or Financials modules
Exposure to data migration, interfaces, and system integration
