About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Language Data Program Manager to join the Language Technology Team. As a Language Data Program Manager, you will support Data and Science teams, maintain accuracy and throughput standards for data needed to support language services. Specifically, the Language Data Program Manager will: Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholder teams to develop project specifications for ASR/NLP programs Manage operations of the projects, including schedule, budget, logistics, and resource planning. Work with external/vendor teams and manage existing partnerships with key suppliers. building processes and coordinating release schedules Manage multiple projects at one time and prioritize as necessary. Continuously evaluate data tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient and scalable. Job Title : Engagement Manager Responsibilities have experience in data collection projects for model training/evaluation for AI-ML/ASR/NLP models have knowledge of AI data requirements and life cycle have the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate new ideas have strong written and verbal communication skills have strength in problem solving and high attention to detail able to work in a diverse team have the ability to work across functional disciplines to deliver high quality data have strong experience in operational planning and execution have the ability to work efficient and independently to manage multiple programs Minimum Qualifications: A Master's degree in Engineering, Linguistics, Computer Science, Business or equivalent with 5+ years experience in Program Management Or A Bachelor's with 7 or more years as a PM/TPM Three or more years of experience in requirements management (prioritization, tracking and validation) associated with large data collection programs and initiatives. Experience working with speech or text data, including experience with language annotation and natural language processing. Experience with project specification, forecasting, and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior experience in AI/ML - ASR/NLP technology Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leading large, multi-track and fast-moving projects. Practical knowledge of data processing needs and trade-offs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and dynamic work environment. Ability to work under very tight timelines and minimum supervision. Prior experience in ML-related fields such as Deep Learning, ASR/NLP technology, Classification, and Clustering. Location:
100% Remote Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $90K/year- $100K/Year. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
