Supporting the sales and account management teams, the full-time Solutions Engineer - Life Sciences will articulate technology and product positioning to various stakeholders, conduct initial discovery of prospects, and serve as a subject matter expert during customer integrations, all while working in a flexible hybrid environment. Key responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of technical product/solution positioning to meet customer needs Educate prospective and current customers on network requirements and solutions capabilities Conduct initial discovery and vetting of new prospect inquiries to validate potential customer types and use cases
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in related roles 5+ years of experience in vendor sales support/account management within the healthcare technology industry 5+ years of experience with healthcare technology standards and protocols Demonstrated ability to understand complex healthcare industry requirements and use cases
