Physical Therapist Assistant - Murfreesboro

All Heart Home Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our home health team in the Murfreesboro area. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes while working alongside a supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises, safety protocols, and home care techniques
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
  • Travel to patient homes within the assigned service area
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Tennessee
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a full-time caseload effectively
  • Previous home health experience preferred but not required
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • Schedule based on patient needs and assigned caseload
