Are you a motivated, organized, and personable sales professional looking to grow your career in business development? We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and play a key role in engaging prospective clients. This position involves outbound sales efforts, working with decision-makers, and collaborating with our Business Development team to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to prospective business clients, aiming to secure qualified appointments with decision-makers.
- Hold 5-8 meaningful conversations per day with decision-makers, leading to 3-5 First-Time Appointments (FTAs) weekly for the outside sales team.
- Collaborate with assigned Business Development Representatives to schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations using tools like Seamless AI, LinkedIn, and other resources.
- Maintain an active lead pipeline by following up with qualified prospects, managing leads from cold to hot status.
- Take ownership of the lead cultivation process, recognizing no-fits and identifying viable prospects.
- Track and update all engagements and interactions within the CRM and activity playbook.
- Conduct cold and warm outreach through phone, email, social media, and other platforms.
- Articulate the company's value proposition, ensuring every contact with a prospect provides valuable insights, regardless of the outcome.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or experience in a phone-based sales role.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or other CRM platforms preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for effective outreach and follow-up.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to handle objections and stay resilient in the face of challenges.
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
- Home office setup with high-speed internet.
- Experience with LinkedIn, SalesIntel, or similar tools for managing lead pipelines is a plus.
- A humble, hungry, and people-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in technical or professional services is advantageous but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening upon hire.
- Quick learner who can adapt to changing sales strategies and client needs.
