Job Summary The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in the Stride Marketing Organization and will work cross‑functionally within marketing to help inform strategy, website optimization, and campaign decisions. The role will collaborate closely within the Marketing Analytics team to design, build, and enhance the marketing data infrastructure, and leverage advanced analytics and predictive modeling to deliver actionable insights that drive measurable business impact. Essential Functions Develop and maintain Python‑based analytical workflows to support machine learning model development, scoring, validation, and performance monitoring. Design and build scalable, production‑grade datasets and feature tables to support reporting, experimentation, and predictive modeling initiatives. Write complex SQL queries to integrate multi‑source marketing, CRM, and enrollment data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization. Engineer and validate model features to support advanced marketing analytics initiatives, including multi‑touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, lead scoring, and customer lifetime value. Partner in the deployment and operationalization of predictive models into production environments, ensuring reliable and automated data pipelines. Contribute to the design and enhancement of marketing analytics data architecture to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and reusable across teams. Identify and implement process improvements, including pipeline optimization, automation of manual workflows, and infrastructure redesign for scalability and performance. Perform complex analyses on marketing, digital, and call center data to identify drivers of conversion and enrollment performance. Conduct root cause analysis across traffic, campaign, and enrollment datasets to uncover actionable business insights. Design automated reporting solutions that empower business stakeholders to self‑serve insights while ensuring data governance and consistency. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a discipline with a significant statistics component. Four (4) years’ related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3‑5 years’ experience with SQL, transforming/manipulating data for reporting and analysis. Three (3) years working with a large data warehouse. 2‑3 years’ experience with Excel for data exploration, visualization, and reporting. Advanced proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI/Tableau. 1 year experience with Python, R or other programming languages. 2‑3 years’ corporate experience and ability to work with other team members. Experience in marketing analytics, measurement and business analytics (e.g., report generation, marketing campaign analysis, web analytics, AB testing, email performance, social media measurement, content testing). 2 years’ experience engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements, present results, perform QA on results, manage backlogs and project status. Strong Excel skills related to database/table functions. Strong problem‑solving, quantitative and analytical abilities. Keen attention to detail. Microsoft Office proficiency and web proficiency. Ability to travel 10% of the time. Ability to clear required background check. Desired Qualifications Master’s Degree. Knowledge of additional coding languages or developer tools, such as R, Python, etc. Experience with technologies such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Snowflake, Python, Salesforce, DBT. Compensation & Benefits Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. The anticipated salary range is $66,379‑$110,000. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Salary is not guaranteed; it can vary based on several factors.
