Job Description The CVOR Technologist will be responsible for scrubbing and circulating during surgical procedures, with a special focus on vascular and cardiac surgeries. This position requires flexibility to be on call, with the frequency of on-call days dependent on staffing levels. ResponsibilitiesScrub and circulate for surgical procedures including angioplasty, aortic aneurysm repair, and coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Adhere to aseptic techniques and maintain radiation safety standards. Assist in specimen handling and ensure compliance with universal protocol (time out) procedures. Participate in additional checklist procedures for preventing retained foreign objects. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year experience in a CVOR or surgical technology role. Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NBSTSA or NCCT credentials.
