Our established practice has built a strong reputation for personalized patient care, advanced treatment planning, and comprehensive dentistry. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving, high-production office serving a loyal and growing patient base in a highly desirable area near Baylor College of Dentistry. Strong Patient Flow & High Production Over $2.8M in annual production with a steady influx of new patients and strong collections. Mentorship & Clinical Growth Work alongside an experienced and collaborative clinical team with extensive expertise in comprehensive dentistry, implants, and prosthodontics. Established & Expanding Practice Modern office with 6 operatories (5 completed and 1 currently under construction) in a prime Dallas location. Position Highlights
Collaborate with an experienced team of doctors and highly trained dental assistants Provide comprehensive dental services including restorative dentistry, implants, and full-mouth treatment planning Primarily practice at the Washington Ave location, with optional opportunities at the Abrams location Benefit from strong patient demand and long-term growth potential Compensation & Benefits

Locations: Washington Ave (primary) + Abrams (optional) Operatories: 11 across both locations Annual Production: Over $2.8M Clinical Team: Multi-doctor practice with experienced support staff Patient Base: Established patient base with consistent new patient growth Ideal Candidate
2-3 years of experience preferred or completion of an AEGD/GPR program Strong communication skills with a patient-focused approach Comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and implants Interested in long-term growth, mentorship, and future ownership within a collaborative private practice environment
