$60k signing bonus- Stipend available for SRNA's in their last year of education.

Covenant Group at Parkwest:
30 ORs, including 3 CV rooms, 2 hybrid rooms, 2 EP labs, Cysto /ESWL and L&D suites.
OB CRNA team covers L&D 24/7, CRNAs perform spinals in main OR
All case types performed except transplants and trauma. Wide range of general, cardiac, ortho, neuro, bariatric, GYN, urology, vascular, EP, endoscopy, and robotic services. Occasional healthy pediatrics performed mostly at ENT surgery center, which is located on Parkwest Blvd
Outpatient urologic outpatient surgery center with two ORs
Brand new, state-of-the-art TOA Orthopedic Surgery Center with eight ORs performing full breadth of outpatient orthopedic surgery, including total joint replacements and spine surgery.
