About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-time LPN - Assisted Living to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Part-time LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Conducting vital signs and monitoring residents' conditions Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and toileting Providing emotional support and companionship to residents Collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
