Performing thorough patient assessments, managing diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care plans Diagnosing and treating health conditions either collaboratively with physicians or independently based on your qualifications Offering education to patients and their families regarding health maintenance, preventative measures, and chronic disease management Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies as allowed by your practice credentials Engaging in ongoing patient follow-up and chronic illness management Collaborating seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams for optimal, holistic care Documenting medical interactions thoroughly within our advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems Educational Credentials Required
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner educational program Licensure & Certifications Required
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or equivalent Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or capability to complete within three months Core Competencies
