Your Contribution:

  • You evaluate  data sources   and are responsible for the  programmatic processing, enrichment, and normalization of longitudinal treatment data , creating the foundation for first‑class analytics.

  • You drive the  continuous improvement of data quality   and play a key role in the  development and enhancement of internal and external databases .

  • By applying  machine learning and AI methods , you take our data processing pipelines to the next level and develop innovative  predictive models .

  • In close collaboration with  interdisciplinary teams , you perform  complex data analyses   and apply your expertise where it has the greatest impact.

  • You  present your analysis results convincingly and tailored to different stakeholders , creating sustainable momentum across the company.

What You Bring:

  • At least  4   years of professional experience in  Data Science , ideally with a focus on  healthcare data   and complex data projects.

  • degree   in (Medical)  Informatics Mathematics Natural Sciences   – preferably from a  renowned university   – or a  comparable qualification   that underlines your professional excellence.

  • Strong skills in  Python   and  database management , plus confident use of  data processing tools   such as  SQL/NoSQL Pandas , and  Jupyter .

  • Excellent English skills   (at least  C1 ) enabling you to work confidently in  international teams and projects .

  • An  agile mindset , strong  analytical skills , and a pronounced  problem‑solving orientation   – combined with a deep interest in  data‑driven innovation in healthcare .
