Assistant
Store Sales Manager
role will help oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and profitably. Help oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of retail store. Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff. Create sales strategies, in collaboration with the store manager,
to achieve store goals, including individual sales goals. Partner with the Training Manager on ensuring all new hires are trained properly, including ongoing training for the sales team. Assist with store administration duties (i.e. team tracking, customer follow-up, expense/accounting reports, inventory levels). Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge, and professionally resolve guest issues. You will be addressing customer inquiries with your expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for 'people-persons' who enjoy engaging with others throughout the fitting process. This is not a walk-in walk-out five minute process. You will spend time with each customer to understand their feet/knee/hip/back discomfort and determine which of our products will bring them relief, while forming a connection to each individual served. We are blessed to have a remarkable product line that can deliver profound results immediately, when nothing else as worked. We see amazing things everyday in our stores! (Must be OK with lots of hugs from customers). On-target earnings: $65,000 - $80,000 annually based on personal sales performance, but we don't cap bonus! Commission based sales/retail experience is required Management experience is required We have great hours! Monday - Saturday, 10:00 - 6:00 and Sunday 12:00 - 5:00. No early mornings or late nights, ~40 hours a week, offering you work life balance. Set days off, we work with your schedule ?
