About

Leading the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Grid Automation solutions business, the full-time Vice President of Sales will drive revenue growth, optimize sales processes, and cultivate executive relationships within the Public Power and Investor-Owned Utilities markets. Key responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end opportunity pipeline and drive monthly pipeline reviews for AMI, Software, Sensor, and Meter solutions Assess and enhance the sales organization’s structure and processes to improve commercial effectiveness and scalability Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with revenue and profitability objectives, while leading new product introduction efforts
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly with complex systems and solutions for utility executives Proven ability to translate strategic vision into executable plans that drive revenue growth 5+ years of CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) with a data-driven approach to sales management Extensive experience in leading large-scale commercial negotiations and long-term contracts
