Responsibilities
Perform 75+ outbound calls daily to select healthcare practices across the U.S.
Identify the decision maker at each practice and discuss our marketing services to determine interest and fit.
Schedule appointments between interested decision makers and Account Executives to close.
Work jointly with Account Executives to ensure prospects attend appointments.
Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of digital marketing.
Understand the fundamentals of our products and services.
Meet productivity and sales revenue metrics.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections.
Curiosity, coachability, and a growth mindset.
Resilience and persistence in the face of challenges.
Comfortable with high‑volume outreach and cold calling.
6 months or more work experience in an entry‑level sales role.
Prior experience in outbound prospecting (plus).
Degree in Business Administration or Communications (plus).
Fully remote; hours Monday–Friday 7am–4pm Pacific Time; must have high‑speed internet.
Compensation
Base Salary: $45,000 annually.
On average, SDRs earn approximately $65,000 annually with commissions; top performers can make $85,000.
Commission Structure: Uncapped, paid monthly.
