Before we get into the specifics of the role, there are a few things we want you to know:
At the Orlando Magic, our approach is to not only learn as much about you as we can, but for you to learn about us. This is definitely a two-way street, so time with your potential new leader, teammates, and/or other departments that the role will work with is critical. It isn't just, "what are we looking for", but also, "what do we have to offer you" and "are we the right fit for you." While every position is different, our interview process is typically a three-step process, sometimes more depending on the level and nature of the role. This particular role will have a call with one of our recruiters, then a phone call with the hiring manager and lastly a panel interview with our sales leadership team. Part of the panel is a 10-minute presentation that you will do called "Brand Me". This is a 10-minute presentation all about you: what is your personal brand, who you are, what is your story, and what makes you, you.

A little about the Season Ticket Account Executive:
The Season Ticket Account Executive will be responsible for generating maximum revenue through selling a full menu of products including season tickets, partial plans, group tickets and hospitality primary through face to face, external client meetings.
What the Season Ticket Account Executive will do:
Generate maximum revenue for the Orlando Magic through full-menu selling of ticket products. Sell $500,000+ in revenue of full seasons tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and hospitality for the Orlando Magic and designated non-Magic events. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hustle metrics set by the Assistant Director of Season Ticket and Plan Sales. Create and develop new business by regularly pitching new prospects. Work at Orlando Magic home games: staffing designated ticket sales stations, fulfilling events, visiting newly-sold customers, and prospecting new sales. Manage all season ticket/partial plan accounts and work with the service department to provide the highest level of customer service throughout the season. Sell, plan and coordinate group and/or hospitality events (Kids Tunnels, Suite Rentals) Attend outside events with the purpose of selling ticket packages in conjunction with the marketing department. Participate in face to face, external client meetings regularly (50% of schedule workweek) or more) with the purpose of generating revenue through the full menu of Orlando Magic ticket products. Timely producing accurate updates on prospecting activity, sales performance, outside appointments and event recaps, and account management. Meet with the Director of Season Ticket and Plan Sales regularly to discuss progression. Attend and actively participate in daily and weekly department meetings. Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and closed sales. All other duties as assigned. What the Season Ticket Account
Executive
needs to have:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of two to three years of non-retail sales experience required. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, including all Orlando Magic home games (43+ annually) and be on-call as necessary based on the changing priorities of the department. Proficient in Microsoft Office CRM and Archtics ticketing system. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure. Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on business writing skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects and support multiple high level executive positions. Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative. Strong team synergy skills and ability to work collaboratively with others whom you have no direct authority over. Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships. Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills. Physical requirements
