Data Entry Operator

Onsite in El Paso, TX (Westside area)

Training Pay: $14 an hour, which may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

After training, pay moves to production-based pay, where your effort directly impacts your pay, giving you the opportunity to maximize income through efficiency and focus.

Training is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm for approximately 4 weeks.

Schedule after training: Monday-Saturday (one day off during the week) 8am-clean desk - shifts vary based on production needs (OT Likely) 

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Data Entry Operator to join our operations team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for keying and docu-typing medical claims for clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Details:

  • Providing data entry for medical, hospital and dental insurance claims
  • Attendance during training is critical
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload
  • Must be able to type 45 WPM
  • Previous data entry experience with high accuracy is preferred

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to work Saturdays

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $14 an hour.
