Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
Setting: ICU - Trauma ICU, Surgical ICU, Neurological ICU at a Level One Trauma Center
Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs required
EMR: Epic (Epic EMR experience required)
ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the United States
At least 2 years of recent ICU RN experience caring for trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients
Experience working in a Level One Trauma Center required
Epic EMR experience required (critical care documentation proficiency)
Competency test must be completed within 24 hours of submission (sent via email)
Ability to wear navy blue scrubs as per facility dress code
ICU RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate critical care to adult ICU patients (trauma, neuro, surgical)
Monitor, assess, and respond to rapid changes in patient condition as an intensive care nurse
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams - physicians, respiratory therapy, and support staff - to implement patient-centered care plans
Use Epic EMR for accurate, timely documentation and interdisciplinary communication
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards in a Level One Trauma Center environment
Float to other units as needed based on facility requirements
