About
Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments Diagnose and manage a wide range of ocular conditions Provide contact lens fittings and limited low vision care Develop personalized treatment plans and prescribe corrective lenses Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative staff Deliver exceptional care to a diverse patient base, including a strong Medicaid population
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution Active California Optometry license Medicaid credentialing preferred 1–2+ years of clinical experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and thrive within a collaborative team environment Spanish language proficiency is an asset, but not required
Schedule & Compensation
Flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays Approximately 14–16 patients per day with 20-minute exam slots Competitive compensation starting at $500/day plus production bonus opportunities Potential for future leadership and career growth within the organization
