Inbound/Outbound Call Representative Chicago, Illinois, United States REMOTE Position: Inbound/Outbound Call Representative Company Overview: AYS Inc is a leading marketing and sales company based in Chicago, Illinois. We specialize in providing exceptional customer service and generating sales for our clients through inbound and outbound calls. Our team is dedicated to delivering top-notch services and creating a positive impact on our clients' businesses. Job Overview: As an Inbound/Outbound Call Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and generate sales for our clients. This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Chicago, Illinois. Key Responsibilities:
Answer and make a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints Identify and assess customers' needs to promote and sell our clients' products or services Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling additional products or services Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures Adhere to all company and industry regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and negotiation abilities Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using computer systems and software Ability to work independently and in a team setting Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Must be able to work on-site at our office in Chicago, Illinois
