About
Provide direct nursing care and support daily clinical operations. Supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and ensure adherence to facility policies and care standards. Administer medications and treatments including IV therapy, wound care, and tube feedings. Observe and document changes in residents' conditions and report updates to the care team. Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care. Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary staff, residents, and family members.
Job Requirements
Active LPN license in the State of New Hampshire (or eligibility for licensure).
Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
Current CPR certification required.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
