Free parking Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Passes medications/treatments or assists residents with their medications/treatments.
Documents the administration, effectiveness and any noted adverse actions or side effects of medication.
Responsible for proper counting, storage and security of medications while maintaining a clean and organized medication cart/supply area.
Responsible for ordering new and refill medications
Assist with residents' ADLs as indicated in individual service plans.
Obtain and document vital signs as assigned.
Observe and report to nurses any changes in residents' physical, cognitive, or emotional condition.
Assists the Health Services Director with Quality Improvement activities as assigned.
Respond to emergency situations; administer First Aid as needed.
Handle all forms of resident Protected Health Information (PHI) in a confidential, private and secure manner. Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility, but may provide shift supervision of Resident Assistants. Requirements Active CNA certification in Washington State.
Nurse Delegation certificate upon hire.
CPR and First Aid certificate within 30 days of hire.
Washington State Food Worker Card within 14 days of hire.
Mental Health certificate within 120 days of hire.
Dementia certificate within 120 days of hire.
