Schedule Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30). Required to work every other weekend. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with acute care experience for a Case Management position. This role will involve working in a dynamic healthcare environment, managing patient care, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery. ResponsibilitiesAssess and manage patient care plans, ensuring quality and compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide effective patient care. Act as a patient advocate to ensure their needs and preferences are met. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with guidelines. Participate in orientation and training programs. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureA minimum of 2 years of acute care experience. Current RN license for the state of California. Experience with Epic charting system is highly preferred. Charge experience is a plus, but first-timers accepted with clinical approval. Why ARMStaffing?
