Deliver individual speech therapy services with an emphasis on communication, voice, and swallowing techniques. Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with fellow clinicians including physical and occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and family members to create unified care efforts. Provide education sessions for patients and families designed to extend therapeutic progress beyond clinical environments. Assist in occasional inpatient speech evaluations and therapies, ensuring a seamless continuum of care. Maintain meticulous documentation that complies with local, state, and organizational protocols. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not ASHA-certified. Certifications
Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Skills
