Requirements
Track record of retail sales experience is preferred
Desire to be in a sales position
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively with guests
Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus.
Professional appearance & demeanor
Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

We offer $15/hour plus commissions – Top performers earn $18-$20/hour
Ability to have a raise after first 90 days and quarterly based on performance​
