Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in finding products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and promotions. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales goals. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and product displays. Job Type: Part time Schedule: Shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours Availability for daytime and/or evening shifts Required availability on weekends and holidays as necessary Compensation: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
