Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to procure high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation Work closely with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure precise diagnoses Position patients accurately and calibrate equipment for optimal imaging outcomes Strictly adhere to radiation safety protocols for both patients and colleagues Keep clear and current records which include imaging logs and equipment maintenance logs Deliver compassionate patient care throughout the entire imaging process Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient imaging environment Educational Criteria
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree would be an asset Graduation from an accredited radiology program is necessary Essential Certifications
Current ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography Valid BLS certification or willingness to acquire it within 90 days of hire Valuable Skills for Success
