About
- Greet customers and discuss product features, quality, and quantities available
- Provide after-sales service by building customer loyalty, handling complaints, and following up on deliveries when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing product advice in-store and over the phone
- Prepare quotes by calculating quantities required for customer projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Participate in merchandising, promotions, and product displays
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Strong basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
- General knowledge of construction materials and hardware products
- English proficiency is an asset
- Dynamic, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to serve customers quickly and accurately
- Salary based on experience
- Permanent position
