Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Software Design Engineer in Test 3 to join their team. As a Software Design Engineer in Test 3, you will be part of the Applied Sciences department supporting innovative device projects. What's the Job?
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for software validation across prototype devices, builds, and release environments.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify testing needs and improve automation frameworks.
Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and provide detailed diagnostic reports to support quality assurance.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous validation and rapid feedback cycles.
Document testing procedures, test cases, and coverage metrics to ensure comprehensive validation processes.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, test automation, or quality engineering.
Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test suites.
Experience with testing software across various builds, devices, and environments.
Strong skills in analyzing test failures, diagnosing issues, and providing actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and automation frameworks; Android experience is a plus.
