Saint Paul, MN Wage: Tool and Die Designer I: $36 – $44 per hour Tool and Die Designer II: $42 – $51 per hour Pay based on experience and level Hours: 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – Thursday Benefits of the tool and die designer: Competitive hourly pay with long-term stability Consistent 1st shift schedule with early Fridays Supportive, team-oriented manufacturing environment Career growth and advancement opportunities Full benefits package upon hire, including: Medical insurance Dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Additional coverage options Duties of the tool and die designer: Design and develop tool and die concepts based on manufacturing and customer requirements Create detailed blueprints, 3D models, and flat blank geometry Use SolidWorks, LogoPress, and Cadkey for tooling and die design Coordinate with manufacturing to support production needs Ensure tooling meets quality, functionality, and production standards Requirements of the tool and die designer: Experience in tool and die or mechanical design (level based on role) Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks and LogoPress Strong understanding of manufacturing processes Ability to interpret specifications and production requirements Strong communication and problem-solving skills Additional information: Apply today!
