About
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Dentist to provide maternity coverage at our pediatric dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental care to patients from age 0-18, ensuring high standards of patient safety and comfort. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your clinical skills in a supportive environment, maintaining continuity of care during the provider’s leave. Candidates must possess a strong background in pediatric dentistry and be proficient with dental technology and documentation systems such as Dentrix Ascend.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions.
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, and oral examinations.
* Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs while explaining procedures clearly using appropriate dental terminology.
* Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies.
* Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, including aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures.
*Experience*
* Prior experience in pediatric dentistry.
* Must enjoy and be comfortable working with children.
* New graduates are welcome to apply.
* Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is highly desirable.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per day
