Inside Sales Representative
We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and relationship-building to closing deals and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their needs and delivers the right solutions. Proactively identify and engage new customers through outbound outreach and lead follow-up Understand customer needs by conducting thorough research and consultative conversations Manage and grow existing accounts by optimizing purchasing plans and identifying upsell opportunities Deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding clients through the entire sales process Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention Adapt sales strategies based on performance insights, market trends, and feedback Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account updates Meet or exceed monthly and bi-monthly sales goals and performance metrics Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and territory performance Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity Identify opportunities to improve products, services, and sales strategies Continuously develop industry knowledge through training, networking, and professional development Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business objectives What We're Looking For
Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a dynamic environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized Qualifications
23 years of sales experience (preferred) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Experience in customer-facing or business development roles is a plus Experience Level

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.19 - $21.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
