Job Title: Python Backend Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Duration: Long term contract Need Locals, F2F required (who are ready to attend the F2F interview) Key Skills: Python Backend, workflow orchestration systems (Temporal), CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes Job Description: Bachelors’ degree with 10+ years of experience Strong hands-on experience in Python-based backend/service development Exposure to workflow orchestration systems (Temporal preferred) Proven experience building and operating scalable microservices in production Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts (retries, idempotency, fault tolerance) Comfortable working with Docker and Kubernetes in a production environment Experience designing and debugging long-running, workflow-driven processes Ability to work across both application and infrastructure layers Familiarity with Kubernetes deployments, observability, and asynchronous processing
