Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are essential to Uniti AI's sales growth. As the first touchpoint for potential customers, you'll educate real estate businesses on how AI can streamline their sales operations. SDRs prospect, qualify leads, and generate meetings for our Account Executives. We're growing fast, and this role provides a huge opportunity for someone who is ready to make an impact. This is not a role for someone looking to follow a playbook
this is a role for someone who wants to help write it. Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by: Prospecting leads using sales intelligence tools Running multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, warm calls, email, social selling) Engaging C-level executives and decision-makers at real estate companies Multi-threading within accounts to find the best entry point for Uniti AI Driving high-volume outreach with an emphasis on quality conversations Qualifying and booking meetings that fuel the sales pipeline What We're Looking For

you take feedback, iterate, and improve quickly NYC-based or willing to work in person at our headquarters 4-5 days per week Nice to Have
6+ months in an SDR role with a track record of hitting/exceeding quota Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Familiarity with real estate tech or AI-driven sales platforms Success in high-volume outbound sales (80+ calls/day) Why Join Uniti AI?

Base Salary:
$65,000 - $80,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE):
$90,000 - $115,000 (uncapped commission structure)
