Post ID: 038938 Post Summary: The role is responsible for providing first line support and advice for the full portfolio of Academic Registry activities to prospective and current students, alumni, staff, and public enquirers ensuring to provide a professional, efficient, and welcoming service to all enquirers to the Academic Registry. The role actively engages in projects that are being undertaken in the Service Desk to continually improve and enhance the services offered. Post status: Specific Purpose Contract The specific purpose of this position is to fill an Executive Officer vacancy on a temporary basis pending the return of the postholder from maternity leave. Employment is not offered on an indefinite duration basis as the original postholder is expected to return. If the postholder does not return to work the post will be filled through open competition. Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Closing Date: 4th June at 12 noon Salary: This appointment will be made on the Executive Officer Merged Salary Scale (€34,023 - €52,232 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
