CSA Supervisor We are currently recruiting a CSA Supervisor to work for one of Europes leading general contractors on a Data Centre project in Sweden. You will be reporting directly into the sites CSA Project Manager. Responsibilities: Supervising day-to-day site operations and ensuring timely completion of the work program. Managing work quality against benchmarks, overseeing timely documentation submission by contractors. Actively monitoring and addressing snags in contractors' work, aiming for the highest quality and timely issue resolution. Managing sub-contractor activities, tracking progress, and ensuring protection of finished works. Conducting sub-contractor meetings, participating in look-ahead meetings, and coordinating tasks for timely completion. Managing health and safety, overseeing material storage, and ensuring compliance with MSRA/RAMS. Issuing daily SPA's and permits, participating in daily DAB's and Whiteboard meetings to keep contractors informed. Requirements BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering or relevant trade qualification. 5 years+ experience in a similar role. Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. IT Skills Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
