As a SDR, you will be at the heart of the growth dynamics of our sales team. A true opportunity finder, you will identify, qualify, and open the way to new partnerships with high potential through intelligent, targeted, and result-oriented prospecting. Your Activities
Qualification of companies and target stakeholders: You identify strategic accounts and key decision-makers to generate opportunities of high added value. Management of leads: You efficiently pilot the leads from your prospecting actions, incoming requests, and LinkedIn, on a dedicated portfolio. Analysis of projects: You understand the business issues of your prospects, qualify their projects, and detect opportunities for win-win collaboration. Handling objections: You deploy a compelling argumentation in the face of demanding stakeholders and turn objections into conversion levers. Representation at trade shows: You embody our expertise at professional events and actively contribute to the visibility of our solutions. Use of CRM HubSpot: You ensure rigorous and qualitative management of the CRM to guarantee precise and exploitable follow-up of each opportunity. The Profile We Are Looking For
Your skills: You are comfortable verbally, especially on the phone, and can establish a climate of trust from the first exchanges. You have an excellent sense of organization and solid writing skills, allowing you to manage your priorities effectively. You enjoy working in a team, like to share your successes as well as your learnings, and show active listening and perseverance. Your tenacity, curiosity, and rigor allow you to take on challenging sales tasks. Comfortable with computer tools, you master the Office suite and quickly grasp new tools. Experience
You have a first professional experience in commercial prospecting and want to accelerate your career, with real opportunities for growth. You come from a Bac+5

Position based in Issy-les-Moulineaux Remote work agreement Type of contract: CDI Fixed salary + variable on objectives Flexible hours: 09h00 - 17h30, to respect your balance between professional and personal life.
