About
Position: Accounting Specialist (Remote). Location: Anywhere in U.S. Salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package.
As a Bookkeeper at Operation Good Boy, you will:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide improvement recommendations.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
Manage payroll and employee benefits.
Monitor cash flow and make adjustments to ensure financial stability.
Prepare for annual audits and support auditors with necessary documentation.
Oversee the overall financial health of the organization.
