About
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and advise on all phases of the Workday HCM implementation, from design and configuration to deployment and stabilization.
Partner closely with HR, payroll, and the system integrator to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Provide deep expertise in Supervisory structures, MDM, job hierarchy, and complex job profiles, including union environments.
Support data conversion, testing, and validation across key HCM and Talent areas.
Offer recommendations on business processes and best practices to optimize Workday usage.
Collaborate with global teams to support operations across time zones, ensuring a smooth, coordinated rollout.
Experience:
5+ years of Workday HCM experience, including multiple full-cycle implementations.
Proven background in PeopleSoft and Healthcare environments.
Strong understanding of Workday configuration, reporting, and business process design.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, able to partner effectively with technical and HR stakeholders alike.
Comfortable advising on payroll integration and post go‑live enhancements.
