About
Responsibilities
Make outbound and take inbound calls
Communicate with Humana members
Collect medication history information
Prepare members for a comprehensive medication review
Qualifications
Resident State Pharmacy Technician License or National Pharmacy Technician Certification
Speak both English and Spanish fluently (see Language Proficiency Testing below)
Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service or call center processes and practices
Must have a designated work area with a door that locks
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
Mail order and/or retail pharmacy setting
Previous call center experience in a pharmacy setting
Telephonic skills
Demonstrated proficiency in identifying and resolving complex issues, while actively facilitating and motivating team‑based collaborative approaches
Work well in a group
Demonstrates a consistently positive approach, exhibiting high levels of energy and initiative in independently undertaking and completing tasks
Schedule and Requirements Must work any hours between 8:00 am‑7:00 pm EST and holidays/weekends and overtime. You must be on time, dressed appropriately, with your camera ON during training and for other meetings required by leadership. No time off during the 180‑day appraisal period, except for a staff holiday.
Location and Travel Remote position; occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.
Compensation Pay range: $40,000 – $52,300 per year.

Sign‑On Bonus
Earn a $1,500 hiring sign‑on bonus (50% payable at hire and 50% payable at 180 days; must remain employed to receive payment)

Language Proficiency Any employee speaking with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.
Referral Bonus Associates may receive a bonus for the referral of external candidates to this requisition, provided that all other eligibility requirements are met.
