Oracle Cloud HCM Workflow Consultant (Short-Term Contract) Duration:

Higher Education Institution We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Workflow Consultant to assist our higher education client in developing and optimizing Oracle Cloud workflows, with a focus on Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement custom workflows within Oracle Cloud HCM to meet the client's specific requirements. Optimize existing workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into effective workflow solutions. Provide guidance and training to client teams on workflow best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience in creating workflows from scratch within Oracle Cloud HCM. Prior experience working within the higher education industry. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and their workflow capabilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Seniority level
