About
You will support the business in their quest to seamlessly execute a carve‑out from an IT perspective. Your experience will bring years of expertise in post‑carve‑out IT support across integration and separation. You will manage the TSAs from an IT perspective and lead the various work streams to deliver digital transformation for all business lines.
Your project management leadership capabilities will be a given as you bring with you specialist knowledge of what Private Equity look for in their technology investment. It would be ideal if you were based or close to Idaho but otherwise you will be required to make a handful of trips to the state and then work remotely in Mountain Time.
This role will be on an interim basis for 6 months and will demand that the successful candidate work on a 1099 basis. If you are immediately available and looking for your new project and have done the described role numerous times within and International PE‑backed business, we would like to hear from you.
