Evening Heavy Maintenance Worker

The St-Augustin private seniors' residence is seeking a full-time evening heavy maintenance worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning the common areas. We offer telemedicine, an employee assistance program, and more!

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Schedule: Monday to Friday evenings
Salary: $20-$23/hour

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• painting

Construction

• Clean entryways and common areas
• Maintain and clean the premises
• Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
• Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
• Taking out the trash
• Wash windows in common areas

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
• High school diploma (SSD)
